Combine the chillest couple with the funnest guest list, and that was Caleb and Brynn’s wedding day.
From start to finish, working with Caleb and Brynn was a dream. Brynn and her mom handled most of the planning, and brought me in to help during the final 6 weeks of her wedding planning experience. Their decor was provided by the venue and featured floating candles, and tall floral arrangements from the wonderful, JG Floral Design, led by Jess Sanders. Jess created a beautiful floral arrangement on both of the pillars in the ceremony space, as well as on the outdoor pews. Brynn chose orchids to accent her bouquet, and the arches, and they were such a gorgeous choice. I also loved the tan tuxes paired with bridesmaids dresses in different shades of green.
For dinner, the couple chose Babe’s Chicken, and Brian with DJ Connection kept the crowd entertained all night long. Babe’s Chicken was delicious and such a joy to work with! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:
Wedding reception food doesn’t have to be fancy to still be the perfect choice. If you’re going to spend thousands of $$ on food, make sure it’s yummy!
The photos that Lyndsey captured are absolutely stunning. Based in the DFW area, I hope to have the chance to work with Lyndsey in the future. Her and her second shooter (her husband) were relaxed, yet kept the day moving. She put the couple at ease and brought out their personalities. 10/10 recommend!
Finally, I want to highlight The Flying V Ranch. The staff there were wonderful from start to finish. They helped with set-up, bussed tables, and were incredibly present throughout the whole event. They were friendly, relaxed and flexible, yet organized - all of the traits that make a venue wonderful. There space is gorgeous and large, yet feels intimate enough to accommodate a smaller wedding as well. Again, I hope to work with them again in the future!
